#shiningwithoutboundaries

Wesley LEUNG, a Year 2 student studying Dual Degree Program in Technology & Management (T&M-DDP), has won the IET Prize 2022 presented by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Hong Kong to students who have achieved exceptional academic results and have displayed a strong commitment to extra-curricular activities, engineering institutions and community service.

Majoring in Computer Science with extended major in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and BBA, Wesley has participated in HKUST Robotics Team and serves as a Student Ambassador of School of Engineering. Through these activities, Wesley has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities. He is grateful for the TEMG courses offered to T&M-DDP students, stating that they have not only equipped him with the necessary skills to become a great engineer but also helped him develop leadership abilities.

As the winner of the IET Prize 2022, Wesley will have the opportunity to join the IET mentorship program and learn from senior members of the institution. Additionally, he will serve as a student ambassador of the IET Hong Kong. This recognition is a testament to Wesley's hard work and dedication to his academic pursuits and extra-curricular activities.

Let us extend our warmest congratulations to Wesley for his remarkable achievement.
